I had been looking for pants made of schoeller because I had such a great experience with Thunderbolt Jeans. But they closed down. These are pants I can travel in, go mountain biking and hiking ect. I can wash them in a hotel basin and they are dry in the morning. And keep going with the environmentally friendly packaging. Just so important. Cheers Stew from Australia.
I traveled through Japan and Taiwan for about 2 1/2 week wearing these pants and they were the best! It was very lightweight and comfortable with the right amount of stretch. I never felt hot in them even though I was walking on an average of 6-8 mile days, and was out about 12 hours and day. Even after 3 days of wear, there wasn’t really a bad odor. I would wash them every 4 days and hung dry them. They dried fast ( approx 6 hrs). It may seem high priced for a pair of pants, but I would say it was worth every penny. So much so that I bought another pair. I’m 5’8/190lbs with a 33 waist and bought the 34/32 size and it fits perfectly I just bought a second pair 34/30 because I felt 32 length is a bit too long. However, everything is perfect!
Enjoying the Brise pants but wow, over sized in the waist. Fit is perfect below the waist but lots of room up top. I’ve been wearing the pants for cool weather biking w bike shorts underneath— thats how much extra room there is. I’ve worn nothing but 32s for decades and bought 32.
Great fit! Keeps getting better. Really, the Best fitting climbing pants out there. And you can wear them to eat after climbing and not look like Bozo the Clown! Breathable.
