CanadaPurchased the Jarvis shorts in L charcoal. Love the colour. Very comfortable yet functional shorts. They look like a casual short but have side pockets with very smooth zip closures. They also have two normal rear pockets. The Schoeller fabric is very high quality, seems durable, and very functional. Overall I'm very satisfied. My only knock is the built in belt. It's just too long. Once I tighten them there's a lot of material hanging. I curl it up and tuck it in the nearest belt loop. It's held so far after a few wears but doesn't start falling out.

CanadaSchoeller material, as always, is excellent and I expect the shorts to last for years and still look good. I have a Schoeller hoodie light jacket, which I bought in 2011 for touring and warm weather hiking in Europe. I wear it regularly and it is only beginning to show age. My belt strap on the shorts is a little too long but I can tuck it back into the buckle to get rid of the excess. I like the tapped zipper pockets; no worry about loosing things.
