Our Return Policy

Not all purchases are eligible for return or exchange, please see below rules and policies:

We do not do returns or exchanges on any product purchased above 50% discount. This is considered a final sale and is always clearly marked on the product page.

For all product below 50% discount, we offer normal returns and exchanges.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Foehn at can be returned to Foehn. Foehn products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange please note the additional below policies:

Product returns are eligible for a exchange/refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We process returns Monday through Friday. During peak periods - December 1 to February 1 - the return process can take up to five (5) business days.

In order to return or exchange an item, you must ensure that your product meets all the following criteria:

1. It was purchased directly from Foehn.

2. It was purchased less than 30 days ago.

3. It is in a new and unused condition.

4. It must never have all tags on.

Do you charge for returns?

Like many businesses, we are not exempt from increased global costs facing the energy sector. As a consequence, we've had start chaging for returns.

For all North American orders, our returns delivery fees are $9.99 + taxes. The fee is deducted from the refund.

If you opt for an exchange , the fee is waived.

All International orders are responsible for shipping thier goods back to our warehouse and the cost incurred.

Do you charge for exchanges?

We do not charge for exchanges, we want you to love your prodcut and for it to fit perfectly. Thus the fee for any exchange is waived.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Follow the below steps depeding on where you're located.

For all North American customers:

We have created a return portal to make our returns process as seamless as possible.

Please use the return portal to create your return label and drop the package off at your local USPS or Canada Post location. Once received, and we confirm that the goods are in new condition with tags on, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received.

It typically takes us 5 working days to process each return. We will email you a refund/exchange notification once this has been processed.

Once a return is processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment.

For all International customers:

For international orders, be advised that you will be responsible for all return postage, customs, taxes and other charges associated with the return. We strongly suggest contacting the chosen carrier to minimize these charges.

Can I return products purchased on sale?

Yes, absolutely we offer returns for product purchased on sale. But keep in mind we have 1 rule, if the product is discounted above 50% it can not be returned or exchaged. For all product below 50% discount, we offer normal returns and exchanges.

Any product purchased above 50% discount is considered a final sale and is always clearly marked on the product page.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

What is your holiday return policy?

We've extended our return policy through the holiday season. This policy applies to purchases from November 15 through December 31. To get a full refund, initiate a return for the item(s) before January 15. All items must be in their original condition and follow all return and exchange policies.

Orders & Shipping

We are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to be processed by the warehouse. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday (between 9AM and 4PM).  Parcels shipped within Quebec normally take 1-3 business (but we only guarantee 10 days). For the rest of Canada and the US, orders will normally take 4 to 6 days to be delivered (but we only guarantee 10 days). Please refer to your tracking number for more information.

During sale periods, shipping might take longer to be processed by the warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it ships. 

Foehn offers FREE SHIPPING for Canadian and US orders over the value of $100USD/$125CDN.

What's my order status?

It typically takes 1-2 business days for an order to ship. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us at

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

It is possible that we have shipped your order in more than one shipment. To verify, please see the shipping confirmation email and packing slip included in the package. The slip will confirm which items you should have received.

If you are missing an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your package at We will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible.

I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, how can I change it?

Please reach out to us at with the correct shipping information. We will do our best to update your shipping address before the parcel leaves the warehouse. If for some reason we weren’t able to update your address before it ships, it is your responsibility to contact UPS to change the delivery and return the package to sender if needed. We are not responsible for the lost package when the address entered is incorrect. 

Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Can I change the size/color of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

What are your holiday shipping guidelines?

UNITED STATES (Lower 48 states)

For USPS shipments:

All orders must be received by Dec. 10th at 11PM EST.

For Fed Ex shipments:

All orders must be received by Dec. 17th at 11PM EST.


Due to the variance of shipping speeds and customs clearance at this time we cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery.

Product & Inventory

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

Sorry, we do not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

I am between sizes, what size do you reccomend?

Generally our products fit true to size, if you want you product to fit slimmer or looser, we would recommend sizing up or down accordingly.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select “Begin Checkout.” In the “Shipping address” section, select the “Country” drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you.

Please note our typical cost for international shipping is $25 USD.

Who pays for customs/duties?

For international shipments (outside of North America) the customer is responsible for all customs and duties applied to the import of their package. Additionally understand we cannot refund customs or duty fees on returns or exchanges.

Please note that we do not currently generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

What's the status on my return for my international order?

We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return.


What's your warranty policy?

All products from Foehn come with a one (1) year warranty. If your product shows a weakness, we do offer a repair service. Write to us at including photos of your product and a proof of purchase and we’ll see what we can do to revamp it. If the item can’t be repaired, we will offer a replacement or compensation, depending on the state of the defective item and the product's availability.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive usage or accidental damage.

In order to return your defective product, the first step is to contact our customer service at including photos of the issue and context to justify your complaint. Your email must include a proof of purchase.

All items returned for a repair or other warranty reasons must be clean (washed and dried).
